Over the years Dr. Adiel Tel-Oren, a functional medicine doctor practicing in the Twin Cities, would hear his patients’ struggles to find quality gluten-free products. This led to the inception of Green Bakery, initially creating bread loaves; but the demand for allergen-free products continues to grow and the so product line continues to expand.
Here at Green Bakery we make food. Free from allergens. Free from artificial colors, ingredients. That’s it. You don’t need a foreign language degree in food science to understand what you’re eating. And we’re on a mission to manage your families’ meal mayhem.
Whether it’s accommodating allergies or picky eaters, meal planning was difficult before Green Bakery. No matter your dietary restriction, you can eat our products. Now, how do they taste? That’s always the question when it comes to “healthy” food. For this reason, our general manager, Jake Dettinger, uses his family of seven children as guinea pigs. Only after there are seven “thumbs up,” does the test subject move on to product line consideration.
