Our general manager, Jake (a father of seven!) understands the painstaking process of finding a classroom treat every kid can enjoy when it’s your child’s birthday- working around various allergies and dietary restrictions, making everyone feel included can be nearly impossible for a busy parent. He took to the Green Bakery kitchen and, after much experimenting, perfected an allergen-free cake mix. His creation is gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, nut-free, non-GMO, is free of fillers, artificial colors and ingredients, is vegan and whole grain. Now kiddos can once again bring cupcakes to the classroom when it comes to snack time or someone’s special day. And for the adults, with ingredients like this- go ahead and indulge in a second slice. **Just add liquids to this mix and season however you like to get desired flavor.  For the fall, we mix in organic pumpkin puree and pumpkins spices! ** Ingredients: whole grain Organic Sorghum, Organic Quinoa, Organic Tapioca, Organic Flax Meal, Organic Cane Sugar, Green Bakery’s own Corn and Aluminum-free Baking Powder, and Sea Salt.

It is made with whole grain Organic Sorghum, Organic Quinoa, Organic Tapioca, Organic Flax Meal, Organic Cane Sugar, Green Bakery’s own Corn and Aluminum-free Baking Powder, and Sea Salt. Just add water, oil,  and season it however you like.  For the fall season, we make it with organic pumpkin puree and pumpkins spices!
