That’s why Green Bakery products include NONE of these allergenic ingredients.
The Green Bakery main ingredients are very important to the Green Bakery because they are ancient grains and legumes. While wheat is an ancient grain, other ancient grains are actually more nutritious and do not have the gluten content that can cause illnesses. The main ingredients we use are Chickpea, Sorghum, Brown Rice, and Millet.
